MILESTONE: OVER 5,000 USD Today Revenue, around 6,750 CAD revenue!  So today I hit a milestone of over 5,000 USD revenue, $5,275.14 USD to be exact (got a sale after I took the screenshot). It's not something Ive done before so I'm kinda proud (but still disappointed it's not higher lol). This is all with 1 product. Out of 5,275k USD, around 3K CAD is profit. I think I'm going to hit 10,000 a day in a few days. I've been thinking about my goal for this journey (10k a day) and I realized... it is kinda stupid. I should have made a goal for profit instead of revenue (5k CAD profit for ex), as profit is what is most important. I would rather do 7k in revenue a day with 5k profit than 15k a day in revenue and 2.5k profit. Anyways... Plan: So I'm testing out some manual bidding today, tomorrow I'll know how it's doing. If it's doing well, I'll scale up the rest of my ad sets with manual, if not ill continue with auto. I'm going to launch another...

Quick update: sorry for not updating in awhile. Still working on it. I hit a bump last month about 2 weeks into  may, when theres was the pixel update. This month I'm getting back on my feet. I started a bit of seo. On second page of a 10k per month searches keyword. Hopefully hit 1st  and make a few k per month. passive. Also shoutout to the app ultimate special offers. It automatically orders your aliexpress products. Its still  in the making, you cant connect existing products yourself, but its a great app. You can  message the owner and he'll connect your products if you have them on shopified app or  something. You dont have to touch anything, just at the end of they day, i go on and pay. No more  dealing with VA's so its really nice. But ...

DAY 4 OF NEW PRODUCT LAUNCH   It did great today. It's like 1 am right now. Currently scaling. But this time I'm trying manually  bidding only when scaling. Profits were fucking amazing! Only accepting cc, and profits were about 45% of the revenue. I made around $730 cad today. Best of all I didn't do jack shit except for now when scaling. Update: Day 5 of new product .  Its going great! About 40% of revenue is  pr HOLY SHIT JUST HIT 4k TODAY! Thats 5.4K CAD! Around 40% of it is profit!   EDIT: because of cashlow issues, ill be lowering my bids on my manual bid adsets to spend less money (and less revenue) UPDATE  So I lowered my bids on my manual adsets. I spent much less on ads today while almost doing  the same amount of revenue. Like 50% of this is profit today. I maybe worked on this 2 hours in  total for the last 3 days. Update : So I launched a product about 48 hours ago and it's going great.  First day sales: So this was the first 24 hours of launch.  Profits were pretty bad, maybe 20-30 cad.  But that's expected. Day 2 of launch (today) So today the profits were great! About 36 percent of this is profit which is great considering I'm  only accepting credit card and not paypal . Time to scale and launch more ads.  So I'm really excited for this product. I've learned from my previous products as I made  mistakes each time when it came to scaling whether it be using copyright content, using ppe  ads, and not budgeting properly. UPDATE: So its been going great with this new product. First day launch I had $400 in sales. Day 2 of new product(yesterday): 1370 TODAY:  I launched a new store to have as a backup and to be run on another  backup ad account. I launched ads for it aswell. I found a new product. Im testing hard! 13 adsets at 10 a day each. so 130 a day. Had $60 in  sales so far over-night . Im doing all wc purchases as my pixel is aged and its simular to the product I ran that got me  banned.  I had over 100 purchases on that previous product so I think it will optimize good because of  the  previous products pixel data. But it probably wasn't worth it. I would have rather kept my ad account. Anyways, I still have my personal ad account that's not banned. It has the same payment method as my banned ad account, so when they charge me I'll see if they will notice and ban my account. Anyway I'm running ads on it for a new product. Also I made a new fb account on a new ip and I'm warming it up by doing some activity on it. I'll  be ordering a credit card tomorrow morning so in 7-10 days I'll get it. Then ill make a ad  account on the new fb Acc. What I'll be doing: In a few days I'll reach my threshold on my unbanned account. First day hitting $710. Though the profits are low. I scaled quite a bit this morning so ads are  not optimizing so lower profit is expected. But tommorow or the day after that, those new  scaled  adsets should be giving me killer results...hopefully. After 12:00, Ill scale even more. I'm  on track to hitting 10k a day by the end of this week. If I can increase my revenue each day by  half of the day before, i'll hit 10k a day. I was finding it very difficult to keep track of earnings. So I made a spread sheet for this product  that I'm running to calculate my profit. I just enter in how many were sold and how much I spent  on ads. I have it calculate the daily and the to date amount.  It is a rough estimate as the cad to usd conversion rate changes. And I don't know what the  conversion rate will be when I convert it.  March 6- March 11: Units sold of that 1 product :59 Revenue USD : 1187.05 Shopify transaction fees USD: 52.12 Profit : 1134.92 USD Profit : 1475.40 CAD COGS(cost of goods) CAD: 171.1 Cost of ads CAD: 597.54 Total expenses CAD :768:64 NET PROFIT:706.76 CAD Not bad for 6 days. So today I hit $500 USD. My profit percentage was worse than earlier because I scaled so its  still optimizing. The profit was around 300 CAD. I spent 250 CAD on ads. Sold 25 units i  believe, and each costs $2.25-$3  USD So excited to scale but really worried as well. Mainly cash flow problems if I scale to 10k a day.  Idk if ill have enough cash flow to support it. Idk if 10k will be enough. Also my virtual bank credit card only has a limit of 800 a day. And I'm not old enough to get a  credit card so I think ill have my parents cosign to get a credit card. That could add a few  thousand dollars to the cash flow. One of the problems I'm having is people commenting that my product is a scam. Well its a  beauty product, off of Ali express, so it probably doesn't work. UPDATE:   So I had launched 2 products a few days ago . Sold 315 usd today. First product  costs me $4 and sells for 15. Other product costs me $3 and sells for 20. And only spent $100  cad. My store is converting like crazy. 24% add to cart and 6% purchase.     Already started slowly scaling. Will be launching more new adsets to test them while I scale  my  current ones. And my goal is to launch one or two more new products tommorow. I'm on  March  break right now. UPDATE: so I think I mentioned earlier I stopped that other product and launched a new one.  New product costs me like 3$-4$ and I sell for 24.95. Its in the beauty niche. I sold 2 today. Still  testing lots of adsets. I believe my ads will get disapproved soon as they are against facebook  TOS.  I m getting killer add to cart rate at 15% but only 2% purchase. Im not sure why that is. Im NOT  doing free + shipping. Im offering free shipping. So thats really wierd how it would drop so  much. Maybe just a coincidence. Update: The product that I was doing earlier turned unprofitable. I stopped it. I started a new product yesterday. Beauty niche. Though I believe it's gona get disapproved  tonight. And then I will appeal and hopefully I win. Reason being that it shows before and after. I'm also launching one more product tonight or tomorrow. It's in the fitness niche. some one ask me some questions: 1. So now you have many abandoned cart checkout because you don't have payal? 2. Do you make the video then upload it ? How long is it? Is it featuring the product? Don't  you make slides or video from images? 3.if you keep bidding automatic FB will charge you so much I guess . 4. I saw on one of your screen shots that the cost was 0.02. 5. How many products do you try until you get a winner ? How many ads per product ? 6. I saw that you started with ppe then changed to wc. Is it better now? my answers： 1. No I don't get many, my conversion rate dropped only 1% and I think it's well worth  it to not deal with paypal holding my money and more cases and disputes.  2. I make the video from a combination of other peoplee videos and some pictures.  But if I can find a good video for a ad, I wont even edit it. So here's what's happened.  So I was running the product, it was going great. I tried to scale my ads(they were all ppe ads)  and they fell apart and the cost per purchase skyrocketed. Ppe ads are hard to scale. So then I   started wc and they were working great. 470 in sales yesterday. And just when I thought I was  ready to scale big time something happened. So 2 seconds of my video is content of another  youtuber. That youtuber has over 400k subs I think. And she saw the ad and posted to her 50k  fb followers about my store and how we stole her content. Had people coming and reporting  my page and ads. i didn't want my ad account banned so I deleted my video and made a public  apology and stopped my ads. Now that situation is resolved but I'm at square one. I made a  new video. But then my paypal got limited. It got limited because my brothers got limited. And  they detected lots of similarities.
