My shopify journey (16)

So today I hit $500 USD. My profit percentage was worse than earlier because I scaled so its 

 still optimizing. The profit was around 300 CAD. I spent 250 CAD on ads. Sold 25 units i 

 believe, and each costs $2.25-$3 USD

So excited to scale but really worried as well. Mainly cash flow problems if I scale to 10k a day. 

 Idk if ill have enough cash flow to support it. Idk if 10k will be enough.

Also my virtual bank credit card only has a limit of 800 a day. And I'm not old enough to get a 

 credit card so I think ill have my parents cosign to get a credit card. That could add a few 

 thousand dollars to the cash flow.

One of the problems I'm having is people commenting that my product is a scam. Well its a 

 beauty product, off of Ali express, so it probably doesn't work. But some people think that this is

  one of those things where they charge you monthly because you signed up to a monthly 

 subscription without knowing. But its not.

I'm gonna scale some more, tomorrow's profit will probably be really bad, but the day after that

  they should be good as it will get optimized hopefully.

The goal is to hit 10k a day in the next 7 days.

Problems I may run into while scaling:

  • ads go to shit
  • ad account banned
  • cash flow problems

So I'm creating this journey to hopefully motivate some of you to do this, aswell as keep me motivated and get suggestions from you guys. My goal is to hit 10k a day in sales with a product. To some it may sound crazy, but it's really not because it's not hard to scale on facebook ads. A family member of mine did 80k in 10 days with no experience, so it's very possible. I started about 2 months ago. In December I shared a Shopify site with that family member, and had sales. About $200 but wasn't converting well. I made my own store now so it's easier to calculate costs and as well as have my own pixel. January I didnt do much due to exams but now I'm ready. On this journey I will post sales, profit, fb results, what I did that day and other strategies I used. I will not be sharing my product, nor my store until I decide to give up on that product and move to the next. Then I maybe will share the product, ads, and targeting. What I have done so far ...

My shopify journey (6)

It's a great day. This product is amazing. I have a 10% conversion rate on my store. I had 3 sales today. I lowered my price to 29.99, and I found the product on Ali express for $15.   So today 3 orders, and total 5 orders on this product. Im spending 20$ a day right now.  I started with 4 ppe ads. 2 different pages and 2 different ages. I found one of the pages didn't  give me good results so I cut out the 2 adsets with that page. And found 1 more page and  started 2 adsets for that. So 4 at the moment. Problem: There's only these 2 pages/interests to target on facebook. There's like no other good  pages above 40k reach. The reason for that is because they are all on Instagram. There's  millions on Instagram but barely any on facebook. This is because of the age group and niche  as well. If instagram is just as good as facebook, this is my 10k a day product, aslong as  facebook doesn't fuck up my ads when I try to scale. They ha...

My shopify journey (14)

UPDATE: so I think I mentioned earlier I stopped that other product and launched a new one.  New product costs me like 3$-4$ and I sell for 24.95. Its in the beauty niche. I sold 2 today. Still  testing lots of adsets. I believe my ads will get disapproved soon as they are against facebook  TOS.  I m getting killer add to cart rate at 15% but only 2% purchase. Im not sure why that is. Im NOT  doing free + shipping. Im offering free shipping. So thats really wierd how it would drop so  much. Maybe just a coincidence.
